Payment, Shipping, Warranty & Returns

At Angerole, Inc, we take pride in being straightforward and honest. On this page, we try to explain as clearly as we can our payment, shipping, warranty and return policies but please feel free to email with any questions you may have.

Payment:

If you would like to buy any of our products, these are the options:

  1. Send us a check. If we know you and/or it is a small amount, we will probably send out the product straight away. If it is a large amount and/or we don't know you, we may, at our option, wait until the check clears before shipping. Checks should be payable to Angerole, Inc and mailed to the address in our Contact Us page
  2. Pay by PayPal. If you've used Ebay and/or have a PayPal account, you'll be familiar with how this works.
  3. Pay by credit card. You can do this through the Shopping Cart buttons at the bottom of each product's page. Alternatively, we will be glad to take your details over the phone. Our credit card transactions are securely handled by PayPal.

Shipping:

We ordinarily charge $10 to ship any of our products by, at our option, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground in the continental United States. This flat fee covers packaging, the actual shipping and insurance. If you would like a different carrier, special shipping and/or live outside the 48 States, please email us for a shipping quote.

Warranty:

Because of the nature of their use, our racing products carry no warranty. Although we ordinarily bend over backwards to do the right thing by our customers, please understand that we explicitly offer no warranty or return on these products.

Our aviation products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from purchase. At our option, we will repair or replace any item that gives trouble. We fully expect to never have to make good on this promise! We explicitly do not warranty fitness for purpose.

Returns:

We try very hard to describe our products truthfully and accurately. If, when you receive one of our products, you feel it is in any way less than you expected, return it promptly and undamaged and we will refund your money, less shipping.
