Bump Rubber Load Cell

These tubular compression load cells are designed specifically to directly measure race car bump rubber loads.

In essence, this is a 1.5" diameter, 3/4" thick load sensing packer. It can be configured at build time (or modified after you buy it) to fit damper shaft sizes from 8mm to 18mm so it will fit any modern Penske, Ohlins, Sachs or Koni damper.

Load resolution is very good: typically 1lb/count at 800 gain into 12 bits. Measuring range is a function of your data system but typically 4000lbs and these cells will withstand at least a 2x overload without damage.
